Note: Please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the convocation application form.


Instructions for filling up the convocation form:

1.  Click on link https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm

2.  Click on I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above. 
      (Click "Check Box" to proceed for payment.)

3.  Select State of Corporate / Institution * : Gujarat , 

     Select Type of Corporate / Institution *     : Educational Institute

4.  Select Educational Institutions Name * : ANAND AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY

5.  Select Payment Category * :

      (a) 16TH CONVOCATION 2019 – For current year passed out student.

      (b) 16TH CONVOCATION 2019 (PREVIOUS YEARS 2004-2018) – For previous years passed out student.

6.  Fill form and submit it.

7.  Verify your Academic details and confirm.

8.  You will be directed to the payment gateway.

9.  After successful payment take out a print of application form.

10. A hard copy of the online submitted form along with the Marksheet / Transcript / Notification and a recent passport size photograph of the concerned student should be sent to "The Registrar, Anand Agricultural University, Anand-388110" on or before 24/12/2019.

11. For reprint the submitted application form. Follow step 1 and go to the State Bank Collect Menu and click on Reprint Remittance Form.
