PASHU VIGYAN KENDRA (Limkheda)

       Pashu Vigyan Kendra-Limkheda was sectioned by Government of Gujarat in 12^th Five year plan for tribal farmer in Dahod district and established in July, 2012 in Limkheda under Anand Agricultural University, Anand with the main aim to aware livestock producers by latest developed animal husbandry technologies and to give the remedies on constraints faced by them in scientific dairy farming. As it is in establishing phase, the activities of the Pashu Vigyan Kendra (PVK) are governed from the Tribal Research cum Training centre, Devagadh Bariya. The major objective of the PVK is to increase the milk production  of animals by providing strong training programmes on the latest developed animal husbandry technologies to the livestock producers.
