The admission
may
be
considered
to
such students
provided
the
nomination
is
received
from
the
Secretary,
Agriculture
and
Co-operation Department, Govt. of
Gujarat.
2.
Candidate
shall
have
to
produce
certificate
from
Deputy
Commissioner
of
respective
state
where
he
has
been
migrated
from
Kashmir
alongwith
Registration
Number
and
Ration
Card.

other
canditions

the

(1) A
candidate
availing
himself
/
herself
the
benefit
of
reserved
seat as
above
shall
be
required
to produce
a
certificate of
current
year
that
he
/
she
belongings
to a particular
group
of
backward
class
from
the
competent
authority
of
the
Gujarat
State.
The
candidate
belonging
to
SEBC
should
also
bring
the
certificate
showing
that he
/she
does
not
belong
to
Creamy
Layer
persons
or
sections
issued
during
the
current
year
from
the
competent
authority,
otherwise
he/she
will
not
be
considered against
SEBC
category.
(2)
The
candidate
availing
of
any
benefit
of
reserved
seats
shown
as
above
or
enjoying
any concessions
in
admission
shall
however
will
not
be
eligible
to
get
more
than
one
advantage
of relaxation
in
minimum
qualification
at
the
same
time.
(3) In
the
event
of
some
or
all
reserved
seats specified
as
above
remaining
vacant
due
to
less
number
of
applications
from
eligible
candidates,
they shall
be
considered
as
open
seats
and
will
be
filled
in,
in
order
of
merit
from
the
general list
of
candidates.
(4)
The
candidates
who have
passed
the
Central
Board
of
Secondary
Education
Examination,
Delhi
from
the
institutions
of
Gujarat
State
in
10+2
pattern
with
Mathematics,
Physics,
Chemistry,
Biology
as
the
case
may
be
with
English
and
fulfill the
requirements
as
stated
in
the
regulation
shall
be
admitted
on
prorata
basis
to
the
candidates
who have
passed
the
Gujarat
Secondary
Education
Board
Examination
with
the
minimum
prescribed
standard
of
admission
for
the
respective
faculties.
