  1. Organized 03 seminars for bakes on 24.04.97, 20.07.98 and 05.03.12
  2. Wrote up book on BAKING SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY and BAKERY RECIPE both in Gujarati  and English
  3. Act as grass-root pioneer in the introduction of the Polytechnic system in SAUs.
  4. Preparation of RR for Diploma in H Sc course and revision of RR for Basic Baking Science course
  5. Syllabus preparation for PFScHE and revision of syllabus for Basic Baking Science course.
  6. Established ‘Vidhyarthi Sangh – Bakery Shala’ in 1994 and continue practical from seed money collected by students
  7. Introduced self-financed ladies short courses for bakery products during money crisis in university in the year 1993
  8. Provided technical guidance to new entrepreneurs and existing bakers for 25 years
