   ‘For closer synchrony between donor and recipient in Surti buffaloes in our agro climatic conditions, prostaglandin injection to recipient should be given 36 hr. prior to donor injection, instead of 24hr. as recommended for cows.

2. Recommendation  made are as follows for scientific community

    Hormonal application (Progesterone and PMSG combination) can induce estrus up to 75% in Goats with kidding rate of  35-38% in non-breeding season.

3. Recommendation for Scientific community:

    The study proved that initiation of OPU during first and second follicular waves does not affect the follicular aspiration, oocyte recovery and cleavage rate up to morullae in HF X Sahiwal cows.

4.Recommendation for Scientific community:

   Under field conditions in crossbred cow heifers CIDR application resulted in estrus induction and successful conception at the induced estrus. Hence it is recommended to use CIDR in heifers.

   Ovaries collected from slaughtered Surti buffaloes from abattoir origin  during breeding season and ovaries without CL gives  0.82+0.04 and  1.02+0.07  oocyte recovery rate of good quality;  leading to 53.57%  IVF success rate

6. Recommendation for Scientific community:

    USG is an effective tool to detect early pregnancy in goats and to identify non-pregnant goats, so that they can be bred at an early date again for better reproductive efficiency.
