Please note that Transportation facilities are provided at Ahmdeabad and Vadodara (Baroda) Airport
as well as Anand Railway Station Only.

  Information for Registration / Accommodation:

• As online registration is ON, all the prospective delegates are advised to do registration by making an online payment at the earliest.

•  

• For persons doing online registration, please send transaction ID receipt showing details of Bank and Account to which payment has been transferred along with Registration Form to the email id: isaeanand@gmail.com

• Please confirm your registration to the Convener of the Registration Committee.

• As limited accommodation is available at the campus, retired members will be given preference in the guest house.

• All other prospective delegates are requested to book the hotels indicated in the brochure.

• Please give AAU-ISAE as a reference to the hotel while booking at a discounted rate.

• As it is NRI and wedding season in Gujarat especially an Anand, the hotels are getting full. The prospective delegates are requested to book the hotels in advance. The online booking might be cheaper also.

 # in-service students are not entitled to avail the benefit of this option. All students should attach their certificate from HoD along with their Identity Card.

Family members accompanying the delegates will have to pay Rs. 2000/- per accompanying person.
