During training programme, trainees are practically trained to prepare small but nutritious bakery products such as Balanced Biscuit, Masala Biscuit, Nankhatai, Surti Butter, Khari, Vegetable Puff, Pizza, Burger, Milk Bread, Dinner Roll, Cake, Falahari Biscuit, Toast, Melting moment or the products which are famous in the particular area.

It commence normally on every Monday May/June for one week during 1 to 5 pm. No fees for the course, however trainee has to pay the cost of the product produced by them to take away at home. Admission is given on first come first serve base after receipt of prescribed application form available at free of cost.

Specialty : Use of Solar-cooker, Pressure-cooker and other domestic methods to bake the products are stressed so as unable trainee to bake the products at home even without oven.


The courses organised for one day to one week or as per requirement to impart the knowledge of bakery products among the rural mass of the remote places. The staff of the school along with baking equipments goes to the different village and train the rural people. During this training programmes emphasis is given to prepare different bakery products with the help of domestic methods using locally available food and as per the specific need of the society.


The school also organises special training courses to satisfy the specific need of the specific group. That includes students of the Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Nutrition, Hotel Management, Home Science schools & colleges.

  • Organise bakery workshop, seminar, conference, exhibition, lecture etc.
  • Participate in such activities as and when organised by other institutions.
  • Provide information to the visitors.
  • Publication and distribution of the bakery literature.
  • Selling of nutritious bakery products prepared by the trainees.
  • Dissemination of information through various media.
