Office Order

With a view to maintain peaceful atmosphere during the new admission of students in the Polytechnic college and to avoid any possible Ragging Incidence at College/Hostel premises, an anti ragging-cum-student discipline committee is formed with the following members as under:-

1.      Dr. M.M. Trivedi, Associate Professor and Unit Head/Chief Rector                   Chairman

2.      Dr. B.K. Yaduvanshi, Assistant Professor/Hostel Rector                                   Member

3.      Er. F.G. Sayyad, Assistant Professor/Academic In-Charge                                Member

4.      Mr. S.S. Chinchorkar, Assistant Professor/SRC Chairman                                  Member

5.      Miss. Smita Patel, Junior Clerk, Girls Hostel Supervisor                                 Member

 The Members are requested to regularly keep watch and visit the hostels at any time to ensure that no incidence of harassment happens with newly admitted students of our college or rivalry amongst the students residing in the hostel. Committee will have the responsibility to see that the students at the College/Hostel get proper guidance, as and when necessary. Hostel Rector/Asstt.Rectors shall keep a constant watch in the hostel premises in this regard.

Committee will look after and take care of the matters of ragging and general discipline in the college/institute and hostel premises and ensure that no harassment occurs to the students as per guidelines of Honorable Supreme Court and U.G.C.
